The Toro Company announced that it expects to receive $200 million in funding

The Toro Company (NYSE:TTC) announced that it has entered into a note purchase agreement of 3.81% series A senior notes due June 15, 2029 for gross proceeds of $100 million and 3.91% series B senior notes due June 15, 2031 for gross proceeds of $100 million; for aggregate proceeds of $200 million on April 30, 2019. The company will pay an interest of 3.81% on series A notes and interest of 3.91% on series B notes. The company will issue notes to accredited investors. The notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the company and interest on the notes will be payable semiannually on the 15th day of June and December in each year, commencing on December 15, 2019. The transaction is expected to close on or prior to June 27, 2019. The company will issue notes pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933.
